Recovering from the other night.

I just woke up from my recovery sleep (from this), and I feel really out of touch. What happened while I slept for 12 hours?

• The military opens a new jail facility in Guantanamo.
• The E. coli outbreak spread to 7 states.
• The November Employment Report came out: more jobs were created, but unemployment is up. What?
• The Association of Reproductive Health Professionals thinks women in my age group will be more likely to take their birth control if it tastes like candy. (Joke? It's not coming to me.)
• BBC had a photo competition, and these are the entries in the 14-18 year old category.
