In what context?
I stopped responding truthfully to questions like this after I realized I just sounded like a chronic whiner to people who were just trying to make conversation. Stock answers such as "it's a lot of work/reading, but I'm making it" are good responses in most situations.
I second Guy Fawkes on this one.... my canned response now is "It kicks my ass and then I kick its ass"
