It makes sense that they probably will. In my mind, the two are linked because of their political party and positions of power. Even though I disagree ideologically with them, I'm excited that women are reaching these positions.
I hope that judgments about women in power can be withheld until enough women have reached these positions to make a legitimate judgment. It's a huge amount of pressure to be the first.
